      为探讨内生真菌侵染对Pb胁迫下植株生长生理及植株内Pb含量的影响,以德兰臭草染菌(Endophyte infected,E+)与不染菌(Endophyte free,E-)的种子为实验材料,设置不同浓度的Pb溶液对德兰臭草种子进行胁迫萌发试验,研究重金属Pb胁迫下内生真菌侵染对宿主种子萌发及生长的影响。结果表明:5 mg·L-1的Pb溶液能促进种子萌发,显著增加幼苗根长和干质量、鲜质量(P<0.05)。随着胁迫浓度的增加,Pb对德兰臭草种子的萌发、生长指标抑制程度逐渐加大。内生真菌侵染能够缓解相同浓度下Pb胁迫对宿主的抑制程度,尤其当Pb胁迫浓度大于800 mg·L-1,E+种子的萌发率和发芽势均显著高于E-种子(P<0.05)。同时,内生真菌侵染降低了德兰臭草幼苗中Pb含量,在大于800 mg·L-1的高浓度胁迫下,E+幼苗与E-幼苗Pb含量差异显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,内生真菌的侵染有效缓解了Pb对德兰臭草种子萌发和生长的毒害作用,证实了共生微生物能增强宿主德兰臭草对重金属Pb的耐受性。
英文摘要:
      Melica transsilvanica infected with(E+) or free from Epichloë sp.(E-) was studied using different concentrations of Pb to analyze the effect of Pb stress on seed germination, and to determine the effect of endophyte infection. The result showed that 5 mg·L-1 Pb could promote seed germination, significantly improving root length, dry weight, and fresh weight of the seedlings(P<0.05). With increasing concentration of Pb, the germination and growth index of Melica transsilvanica seeds increased. Epichloë guerinii infection alleviated the degree of host inhibition by Pb, especially when the Pb concentration was more than 800 mg·L-1. Germination percentage and germination potential were significantly higher in E+ seedlings than in E-seedlings(P<0.05). Simultaneously, the presence of the fungus in the plant led to a decrease in the total Pb content. In conclusion, endophyte infection had a beneficial effect on Pb stress in the host Melica transsilvanica.
