| 既有文献普遍关注数字乡村试点的经济赋能作用，但尚未有文献关注到数字乡村试点对农业碳排放的影响。本研究基于2000—2023年我国1 973个区县面板数据，以数字乡村试点作为准自然实验，构建双重差分模型，深入解析数字乡村试点的降碳减排效果及其赋能机制。研究发现：数字乡村试点显著降低了农业碳排放强度，这一减排效应主要通过农业现代化效应和政府协同减排效应两条机制实现；异质性分析表明，政策效果呈现明显的区域差异性，环境本底较好、居民环保意识较强以及区域合作程度较高的县域减排效果更为显著；进一步研究发现，数字乡村试点产生了显著的空间挤出效应，即通过产业梯度转移促使高排放源迁离试点区域。研究表明，数字乡村试点有效降低农业碳排放，应注重数字技术的减排降碳效应，实现数字赋能与低碳减排的协同作用。 |

| Most existing literatures emphasized the economic empowerment effects of digital rural pilot projects, while their impacts on agricultural carbon emissions remained underexplored. Using panel data spanning 2000 to 2023 across 1 973 Chinese counties, this study treated digital rural pilots as a quasi-natural experiment and utilized a DID model to evaluate their carbon reduction impacts and mechanisms. The findings revealed that digital rural pilots significantly decreased agricultural carbon intensity through agricultural modernization and government-led collaborative reductions. Heterogeneity analysis showed regional disparities, with better environmental baselines, higher public awareness, and stronger regional cooperation enhancing emission reduction effects. Spatial spillover effects were evident, with industry transfer facilitating the relocation of high-emission sources away from pilot areas. This research demonstrates that digital rural initiatives effectively reduce agricultural carbon emissions and highlights the importance of integrating digital technologies with green transformation efforts. |
