为探究吲哚乙酸(Indole-3-acetic acid,IAA)对小花南芥(Arabis alpina L.var.parviflora Franch)与玉米(Zea mays L.)间作的生理生化响应及富集铅(Pb)的影响,本研究设置Pb(1 000 mg·kg-1)胁迫下叶面喷施不同浓度IAA(0、25、50、100 mg·L-1)对间作植物生物量、抗氧化酶活性、光合特性和Pb富集特征的影响。结果表明:25 mg·L-1浓度处理下间作小花南芥地下部分生物量比单作提高80.1%,间作小花南芥叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性较单作提高42.1%、20.3%和21.8%,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低25.8%,间作玉米叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性较单作提高40.1%、44.4%和50.0%,MDA含量降低10.9%。随着IAA处理浓度的增加,小花南芥和玉米净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度及叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量均表现为先增加后减少,25、50 mg·L-1处理下达到峰值后,100 mg·L-1处理下有所减少。随着IAA处理浓度增加,间作小花南芥和玉米Pb富集系数先增加后减少,间作玉米转运系数增加。综上所述,25、50 mg·L-1处理下,IAA通过提高玉米和小花南芥的抗氧化酶活性、增加光合色素的含量来增强光合作用,进而提升间作小花南芥对Pb的富集效应和玉米的耐受性。 |

This study aimed to investigate the effects of indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)on the physiological and biochemical responses and enrichment of lead(Pb)during the intercropping of Arabis alpina L. var. parviflora Franch and maize(Zea mays L.). To this end, we examined the effects of foliar spraying of different concentrations of IAA(0, 25, 50, and 100 mg·L-1)on plant biomass, antioxidant enzyme activities, photosynthetic properties, and lead enrichment characteristics of the intercrops. Results showed that under the intercropping regime, treatment with 25 mg·L-1 IAA increased the biomass of the underground parts of Arabis alpina by 80.1% compared with that under the single crop regime, increased the activities of SOD, POD and CAT of Arabis alpina by 42.1%, 20.3% and 21.8% respectively, and reduced the MDA content by 25.8%. Under the intercropping regime, the activities of SOD, POD and CAT of leaves of maize increased by 40.1%, 44.4% and 50.0% and the MDA content decreased by 10.9% compared with those under single cropping. With an increase in IAA concentration, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductivity, intercellular CO2 levels, and chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and carotenoid contents of Arabis alpina and maize increased first and then decreased; these parameters peaked at 25 mg·L-1 and 50 mg·L-1 concentrations and decreased at 100 mg·L-1. With an increase in IAA concentration, the enrichment coefficients of intercropping Arabis alpina and maize increased first and then decreased, and the transportation coefficients of intercropping maize increased. Collectively, the 25 mg·L-1 and 50 mg·L-1 IAA treatment can be used to increase the enrichment of lead in intercropping Arabis alpina by increasing the antioxidant enzyme activity of Arabis alpina and maize and enhancing photosynthesis to increase the tolerance of maize. |
