In this paper, an improvement of the measurement method for organic matter content in soil was made. First, a certain amount of soil was weighed and placed in a long tube digestion system, and then was titrated using an automatic potentiometric titrator to obtain the or-panic matter content in the soil. The organic matter contents of the standard soil samples were all within the guaranteed value. Meanwhile, a precision test of the actual samples was conducted and the relative standard deviation was found to be 1.03%. This method reduced the ex-perimental cost and environmental pollution, and at the same time enhanced the accuracy and the precision of the experimental data. |
