      为探究巨菌草/苜蓿间作条件下施加不同改良剂对煤矸石理化性质以及植物生长发育的影响,本研究分别施加有机肥、菌渣、牛粪进行试验,对比不同改良剂以及不同种植模式下煤矸石堆土壤理化性质的变化以及两种植物的生长发育状态,以期实现对煤矸石废弃地的生态修复。结果表明,施加有机肥能显著提升煤矸石堆土壤速效养分含量以及阳离子交换量。其中煤矸石堆速效磷含量在施加有机肥后显著高于其他处理组,巨菌草单、间作模式下显著提高了574.13%、658.35%,苜蓿单、间作模式下显著提高了1 323.37%、844.84%。施加菌渣对植物生物量有显著影响,两种植物在间作条件下生物量均高于单作,分别是218.13、3.93 g。施加有机肥能促进植物生长发育,间作条件下巨菌草、苜蓿株高都高于单作,分别是192.57、20.81 cm,是空白处理的1.84、2.02倍。施加牛粪后两种植物的叶绿素含量均显著提高,表现为间作优于单作。间作条件下两种植物叶绿素a含量分别为0.20、1.32 mg·g-1,较空白处理分别显著提升122.22%、67.09%。研究表明,间作下施加有机肥可以显著提升煤矸石堆速效养分含量并增加植物株高、生物量,施加牛粪可以一定程度上增加两种植物的叶绿素含量。
英文摘要:
      The effects of different amendments on physicochemical properties and plant growth and development of coal gangue under the intercropping conditions of Pennisetum giganteum/Medicago sativa were studied. Organic fertilizer, fungus residue and cow manure were applied, and the changes of soil physical and chemical properties of coal gangue piles and the growth and development states of the two plants were compared with different amendments and different planting modes, so as to achieve the ecological restoration of coal gangue wasteland. The application of organic fertilizer could significantly increase the content of available nutrients and CEC in the coal gangue pile soil. The results showed that, the available phosphorus content of coal gangue heap was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups after organic fertilizer application, and the content of alfalfa was significantly increased by 574.13% and 658.35% under the mono and intercropping modes of P. giganteum, and 1 323.37% and 844.84% under the mono and intercropping modes of Medicago sativa. The application of fungus residue had a significant effect on plant biomass, and the biomass of the two plants under intercropping conditions was higher than that of monoculture, which was 218.13 g and 3.93 g, respectively. The plant heights of P. giganteum and Medicago sativa were higher than those of monoculture, which were 192.57 cm and 20.81 cm, respectively, which were 1.84 times and 2.02 times that of CK. The chlorophyll content of the two plants was significantly increased after the application of cow dung, which showed that intercropping was better than monocropping. Under intercropping conditions, the chlorophyll a contents of the two plants were 0.20 mg·g-1 and 1.32 mg·g-1, which were significantly increased by 122.22% and 67.09% respectively, compared with CK. The application of organic fertilizer under intercropping can significantly increase the content of available nutrients in coal gangue piles and increase plant height and biomass. The application of cow dung can increase the chlorophyll content of both plants to a certain extent.
