为探究硝化抑制剂Nitrapyrin[2-氯-6-(三氯甲基)吡啶]对堆肥腐熟度、N2O排放和氮损失的综合影响,本研究以猪粪和玉米秸秆为原料,以初始混合原料总氮(TN)含量为基准,分别设置仅在堆肥初期添加 Nitrapyrin(0.25%),以及在初期(0.25%)和腐熟期(0.75%)联合添加 Nitrapyrin两种添加方式进行高温好氧堆肥试验。结果表明:Nitrapyrin的添加不会影响堆肥腐熟进程,最终堆肥产品种子发芽指数(GI)值达到 81.02%~101.38%。Nitrapyrin 的添加可显著降低 N2O 和 NH3排放,仅在堆肥初期添加Nitrapyrin 处理降幅为 14.90% 和 16.27%;在初期和腐熟期联合添加 Nitrapyrin 则进一步将 N2O 减排率提高到 27.43%。最终,添加 Nitrapyrin TN损失减少了1.63~8.68个百分点,并提高了堆肥产品氮含量(Nitrapyrin中氮的含量忽略不计)。相关性分析发现,NH+4-N含量、温度和pH均与N2O排放速率呈显著负相关,而NO-3-N含量也对N2O的产生具有重要贡献。研究表明,Nitrapyrin主要通过抑制硝化作用提高NH+4-N含量和pH值、降低NO-3-N含量,进而实现N2O减排。 |

To investigate the comprehensive effects of nitrification inhibitor Nitrapyrin [2-chloro-6 -(trichloromethyl) pyridine] on compost maturity, N2O emission and nitrogen loss, this study used pig manure and corn straw as raw materials. And based on the total nitrogen(TN)content of the initial mixed raw materials, two addition methods were set: adding Nitrapyrin only at the initial stage of composting(0.25%), and adding Nitrapyrin in combination at the initial stage(0.25%)and maturation stage(0.75%). The results showed that the addition of Nitrapyrin would not affect the process of compost decomposition, and the seed germination index value of the final compost product reached 81.02%-101.38%. The addition of Nitrapyrin significantly reduced N2O and NH3 emissions, and only addition of Nitrapyrin at the beginning of composting reduced NH3 emissions by 14.90% and N2O emissions by 16.27%. The combined addition of Nitrapyrin at the early stage and the maturation stage further increased the N2O emission reduction rate to 27.43%. Finally, the addition of Nitrapyrin reduced the TN loss by 1.63-8.68 percentage points and increased the nitrogen content of the compost product(the nitrogen content in Nitrapyrin was negligible). Correlation analysis showed that NH4+-N content, temperature and pH were significantly negatively correlated with N2O emission rate, and NO3--N content also contributed significantly to N2O production. Therefore, Nitrapyrin mainly increase the NH4+-N content and pH value and reduce theNO3--N content by inhibiting nitrification, thereby reducing N2O emissions. |
