      为探究新疆农地利用效率,本研究基于2010—2020年新疆13个地区的数据,采用目标一致型两阶段网络SBM模型、非参数核密度估计方法和fsQCA方法对农地利用效率进行分析。研究表明:新疆各地农地利用整体效率11年平均值均小于0.2,乌鲁木齐市自然禀赋高、人才优势明显,是整体效率最高的地区;新疆各地农地利用效率核密度曲线呈现出整体向左移、宽度逐渐变小的趋势,新疆各地农地利用效率的差距正在缩小,逐渐呈现集中趋势;新疆农地利用效率空间分布差异明显,2010年各地农地利用效率差距较大,随着时间推移差距逐渐缩小,新疆农业发展日趋均衡;新疆农地利用效率提升路径的组态分析结果主要包括4种模式:工业化水平-种植结构二元主导模式、经济与农业机械化双力协同主导模式、产业结构主导模式和多元协同促进模式。研究表明,新疆农地利用效率受多种因素综合影响,为促进新疆农地利用效率的提高,政府应关注农产品销售,合理倾斜农业资源,加强种植结构调整,注重经济水平提高,大力发展产业集群。

      Exploring the efficiency of agricultural land use in Xinjiang provides theoretical reference for improving the level of agricultural land use and optimizing land space in Xinjiang and other underdeveloped areas in central and western China. The study combined data from 13 regions in Xinjiang from 2010 to 2020 and analyzed the efficiency of agricultural land use using a target consistent two-stage network SBM model, non parametric kernel density estimation method, and fsQCA method. Research showed that the overall efficiency of agricultural land use in various regions of Xinjiang was less than 0.2 on average over the past 11 years. Urumqi had a high natural endowment and obvious talent advantages, making the region with the highest overall efficiency. The kernel density curve of agricultural land use efficiency in various regions of Xinjiang showed an overall trend of shifting to the left and gradually decreasing in width. The gap in agricultural land use efficiency in various regions of Xinjiang was narrowing and gradually showing a concentrated trend. The spatial distribution of agricultural land use efficiency in Xinjiang varied significantly. In 2010, there was a significant difference in agricultural land use efficiency among different regions, and the gap gradually narrowed over time. The development of agriculture in Xinjiang was becoming increasingly balanced. The configuration analysis results of the path to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use in Xinjiang mainly included four modes:the dual dominant mode of industrialization level-planting structure, the dual synergistic dominant mode of economy and agricultural mechanization, the industrial structure dominant mode, and the diversified collaborative promotion mode. Research had shown that the efficiency of agricultural land use in Xinjiang was influenced by multiple factors. In order to promote the improvement of agricultural land use efficiency in Xinjiang, the government should pay attention to agricultural product sales, reasonably tilt agricultural resources, strengthen planting structure adjustment, focus on improving economic level, and vigorously develop industrial clusters.
