      本研究以典型农业县——山西省阳高县各乡镇为研究基本单元,旨在从效率视角分析乡村人地动态与农业用地的协调关系。研究通过指标法计算人地动态效率,并运用Kaya恒等式与对数平均迪氏指数法识别乡村建设用地变化的驱动因素,采用Super-SBM模型评估各乡镇农业用地效率,同时结合地理加权回归模型探讨其影响因素,最后通过耦合协调度模型分析二者的耦合协调度。结果表明:乡镇人地动态格局模式分类结果显示,阳高县乡镇中有 25% 为非集约空心型,17% 为非集约紧缩型,33%为集约调整型,25%为集约收缩型,乡村建设用地变化的主要驱动因素为人地动态效率、流动人口和总人口变化;2009—2019年间各乡镇总体农业生产效率呈现增高趋势,同时各乡镇间差距增大,农业用地效率影响因素分布呈现明显的空间异质性;2009—2019年耦合协调度从 0.59下降到 0.52,阳高县乡村建设用地和农业用地之间的协调关系有所减弱。研究表明,人地动态效率与农业用地效率的耦合程度越高,农业用地效率越高,耦合协调度高的乡镇在土地资源配置上更加合理,合理的资源配置可以确保乡村建设和农业生产的协调发展,从而提高整体土地利用效率。

      To analyze the coordination relationship between rural construction land and agricultural land use, the study took the townships of Yanggao County in Shanxi Province, a typical agricultural county, as the basic research units. The study calculated population-land dynamic efficiency using indicator methods and employed the Kaya identity and the logarithmic mean Divisia index to identify the driving factors behind changes in rural construction land. The Super-SBM model was used to evaluate agricultural land efficiency in each township, while geographic weighted regression was explored to anylize its influencing factors. Finally, the coupling coordination degree model was applied to analyze the coupling coordination between the two efficiencies. The results indicated that the classification of rural population-land dynamic patterns revealed that in Yanggao County, 25% of the townships were categorized as intensive hollow type, 17% as non-intensive contraction type, 33% as intensive adjustment type, and 25% as intensive shrinkage type. The main driving factors for changes in rural construction land were population-land dynamic efficiency, population mobility, and changes in total population. Between 2009 and 2019, the overall agricultural production efficiency of each township showed an increasing trend, while the disparities among townships also widened, with the influencing factors of agricultural land efficiency exhibiting significant spatial heterogeneity. From 2009 to 2019, the coupling coordination degree decreased from 0.59 to 0.52, indicating a weakening of the coordination relationship between rural construction land and agricultural land in Yanggao County. The study shows that a higher degree of coupling between population-land dynamic efficiency and agricultural land efficiency correlates with increased agricultural land efficiency. Townships with high coupling coordination demonstrate more rational land resource allocation, which ensures the coordinated development of rural construction and agricultural production, ultimately improving overall land use efficiency.
