耕地质量评价是耕地保护与管理的关键,本研究从耕地的自然因素、区位条件和空间质量视角来确定耕地质量评价指标体系,对山西省太谷区的耕地质量进行综合评价,以村为评价单元,利用空间自相关方法对耕地质量空间异质性进行分析,并考虑山西农谷战略分区的影响,在此基础上划分耕地保护类型区。结果表明:太谷区耕地质量综合评价得分在51.63~91.50之间,耕地质量在一般及以上的占比达到78.2%,整体处于较高的水平,空间分布呈西北高东南低的特征;从全局空间自相关分析来看,全局Moran′s I值为0.459 422,P值为0,明显低于显著性水平,Z值为9.787 706,达到99.5%置信度水平,太谷区耕地质量综合评价的结果有一定的集聚性,在空间上具有很强的正相关性;从局部而言,空间自相关类型为正相关的行政村聚集在一起,形成了“组团”现象,而负相关类型的行政村则分散在区域内,且数量较少。基于耕地质量综合评价结果和耕地质量空间集聚特征,在山西农谷战略分区的基础上将太谷区耕地划分为核心保护区、提质增产区、特色农业区、产业融合区4 个类型区,针对各区域特点提出相应的保护措施。研究表明,对农业型县域的耕地质量进行科学、合理的评价,并分析其空间分异规律,基于划定的耕地保护类型区实行差别化管理,对于县级范围内耕地质量保护、粮食安全保障以及乡村产业发展至关重要。 |

Cultivated land is the material basis for human survival and development, and the evaluation of cultivated land quality is the key to cultivated land protection and management. According to the natural factors, location conditions and spatial quality of cultivated land, the evaluation index system of cultivated land quality was determined, and the cultivated land quality in Taigu District was comprehensively evaluated. The evaluation unit was carried out by village. The spatial heterogeneity of cultivated land quality was analyzed by using the spatial autocorrelation method, and the influence of the strategic zoning of Shanxi agricultural valley was considered. The cultivated land protection type area was divided on this basis. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation score of cultivated land quality in Taigu District ranged from 51.63 to 91.50, and the proportion of cultivated land quality in general level or above reached 78.2%, which was at a high level as a whole, and the spatial distribution showed the characteristics of high in the northwest and low in the southeast. From the perspective of global spatial autocorrelation analysis, the global Moran ′ s I value was 0.459 422, the P-value was 0, which was significantly lower than the significant level, and the Z-value was 9.787 706, reaching the 99.5% confidence level. Locally, the spatial autocorrelation type was positively correlated and clustered together, forming the so-called“grouping”phenomenon, while the negative correlation type was scattered within the region and the number of administrative villages was small. Based on the results of comprehensive evaluation of cultivated land quality and the spatial agglomeration characteristics of cultivated land quality, the cultivated land in Taigu District was divided into four types of areas:core protection area, quality improvement and yield increase area, characteristic agricultural area and industrial integration area on the basis of Shanxi agricultural valley strategic zoning, and corresponding protection measures were proposed according to the characteristics of each region. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of cultivated land quality in agricultural counties and the analysis of its spatial differentiation law should be carried out, and the differentiated management of cultivated land protection areas should be demarcated, which is very important to protect the quality of cultivated land within the county level, to ensure people′s food security and the development of rural agriculture. |
