| 为探究数字乡村建设对农村生态宜居的影响机理，以2023年7—8月宁夏同心县、红寺堡区4乡（镇）16村的问卷调查数据为基础，基于农户行为干预的微观视角，采用数学模型推演与计量模型验证相结合的方法探究数字乡村建设对农村生态宜居的影响及基层环保宣传和农户借贷在其中的作用机理与调节效应。研究表明：数字乡村建设能够显著提高农村生态宜居水平，且影响作用随着生态宜居分位数水平的提高出现逐渐递减的趋势；数字乡村建设存在通过改善基层环保宣传效果从而提高农村生态宜居水平的作用机制，且中介效应占总效应的比例为14.15%；农户借贷对于数字乡村建设和农村生态宜居之间的影响关系存在负向调节效应。数字乡村子维度异质性分析表明乡村数字基础设施、乡村生活数字化、乡村治理数字化、乡村农业数字化对农村生态宜居水平均具有正向影响作用，但乡村生活数字化的正向影响作用并不明显。因此，建议在改善农村生态宜居状况过程中从多维度发挥数字乡村建设的积极作用，推进基层环保宣传数字化，优化农村金融的环保支持机制。 |

| To investigate the mechanism through which digital village development impacted rural ecological livability, based on questionnaire survey data collected from 16 villages across 4 townships in Tongxin County and Hongsibu District, Ningxia, during JulyAugust 2023, the research adopted a micro-level perspective of farmer behavioral interventions, combined mathematical model derivation with econometric model validation, and explored the impact of digital village construction on rural ecological livability as well as the mechanism and moderating effect of grassroots environmental protection publicity and farmers ′ borrowing. The results showed that, the digital rural construction significantly enhanced rural ecological livability, with the magnitude of this effect diminishing as quantile levels of ecological livability increased. Digital rural construction improved rural ecological livability through the mediating mechanism of enhancing grassroots environmental publicity, with the mediating effect accounting for 14.15% of the total effect. Farmer borrowing exerted a negative moderating effect on the relationship between digital rural construction and rural ecological livability. Heterogeneity analysis of digital rural sub-dimensions revealed that rural digital infrastructure, rural governance digitization, and rural agricultural digitization positively influenced rural ecological livability, while the impact of rural life digitization was statistically insignificant. Therefore, it is suggested that in the process of improving the ecological and livable conditions in rural areas, the positive role of digital village construction should be played from multiple dimensions, promote the grassroots digital environmental protection publicity, and optimize the environmental protection support mechanism of rural finance. |
