      科学测度和分析新疆耕地利用生态效率对实现耕地利用可持续和农业农村高质量发展具有重要意义。本研究利用新疆14个地州市2005—2021年面板数据,运用非期望产出超效率SBM模型、Kernel核密度估计、标准差椭圆和双向固定效应模型分析新疆耕地利用生态效率及驱动因素。结果表明:新疆耕地利用生态效率较高且总体呈现增长态势,三大区域耕地利用生态效率整体呈现南疆地区>北疆地区>东疆地区分布格局,除吐鲁番市、哈密市、伊犁州和博州耕地利用生态效率较低外,其他地州市耕地利用生态效率均超过0.8。新疆14个地州市空间分布特征:2005—2021年,各地州市的差异不断缩小,2021年基本上位于较高值区;动态演变特征:新疆整体和三大区域极化效应逐渐减弱;重心迁移方向:从西南方向向微偏东北方向迁移,新疆东北方向的地区发展增速较快。环境规制、城镇化水平、农业发展程度和工业发展程度对耕地利用生态效率具有显著的正向作用,经济发展水平对耕地利用生态效率具有显著的负向作用。研究表明,新疆整体、三大区域和14个地州市耕地利用生态效率呈上升趋势且效率较高,区域差异逐渐减小,空间分布非均衡性较显著,受环境规制、城镇化水平、农业发展程度、工业发展程度和经济发展水平的影响。
英文摘要:
      The scientific measurement and analysis of the ecological efficiency of cultivated land utilization in Xinjiang is of great significance for achieving sustainable cultivated land utilization and high-quality development in agriculture and rural areas. Using the panel data of 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2021, the ecological efficiency and driving factors of cultivated land utilization in Xinjiang were analyzed by SBM, kernel density estimation, standard deviation ellipse and two-way fixed effect model. Results showed that the ecological efficiency of cultivated land utilization in Xinjiang was high and the overall growth trend was shown. The ecological efficiency of cultivated land utilization in the three regions presented the regional distribution pattern of southern Xinjiang> northern Xinjiang> eastern Xinjiang. Except for Turpan City, Hami City, Ili Prefecture and Bortala Prefecture, where the ecological efficiency of cultivated land utilization was relatively low, the ecological efficiency of cultivated land utilization in other prefectures and cities was all above 0.8. Spatial distribution characteristics of the 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang:over time, disparities among these regions had been narrowing, with most areas primarily clustered in high-value zones by 2021. Dynamic evolution characteristics:the polarization effect in Xinjiang as a whole and across its three major regions had been weakening over time; Direction of centroid shift:a gradual northeastward shifted from the southwest, corresponded to faster development pace in the northeastern regions of Xinjiang. Environmental regulation, urbanization stage, agricultural development level, and industrial development level exerted significant positive effects on the ecological efficiency of cultivated land use, whereas economic development level exhibited a significant negative effect. The study reveals that the ecological efficiency of cultivated land use demonstrates an upward trend with consistently high performance across Xinjiang as a whole, its three major regions, and all 14 prefectures and cities. Regional disparities show gradual convergence, though significant spatial heterogeneity persists, shaped by environmental regulation, urbanization stage, agricultural development level, industrial development level, and economic development level.
