为筛选出适合在陕南地区镉(Cd)超标污染农田种植的低累积 Cd油菜品种,通过田间试验,研究了陕南地区普遍种植的30个油菜品种对土壤中Cd吸收、转运和积累的差异。结果表明,不同品种油菜籽粒中Cd含量差异显著,含量在0.02~0.32 mg·kg-1之间,最大值为最小值的16倍。综合油菜籽粒对Cd的富集系数、油菜不同部位间的转运系数和油菜籽粒Cd含量的聚类分析等指标,初步筛选出16个Cd低累积特性的油菜品种,结合油菜产量,最终确定6个产量较高且具有Cd低累积特性的油菜品种:德杂油9号、庆油8号、陕油28、陕油1309、恒禾油001和盛贵油1号,为陕南Cd污染农田油菜的安全生产提供参考。 |

To screen out low-accumulation of cadmium(Cd)rapeseed varieties suitable for planting in farmland contaminated by excessive Cd in southern Shaanxi, China, field experiments were performed to evaluate the differences in absorption, transport, and accumulation of Cd from soil among thirty rapeseed varieties commonly grown in southern Shaanxi. The results showed that the Cd contents in the grains of the different varieties of rapeseed varied significantly, ranging from 0.02 mg · kg-1 to 0.32 mg · kg-1, and that the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value was about 16 times. Based on the Cd enrichment coefficient of rapeseed grains, the transport coefficient between different parts of rapeseed, and cluster analysis of the Cd content in rapeseed grains, along with other indicators, 16 rapeseed varieties with low Cd accumulation characteristics were preliminarily screened. By also considering rapeseed yield, six rapeseed varieties with higher yields and low Cd accumulation characteristics were finally identified:Dezayou 9, Qingyou 8, Shaanyou 28, Shaanyou 1309, Hengheyou 001, and Shengguiyou 1. These varieties can serve as reference varieties for the safe production of rapeseed from Cdcontaminated farmland in southern Shaanxi. |
