为了考察生物质炭对水中抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的去除效率及其影响因素,本研究选取常见农业废弃物小麦秸秆、芦苇秸秆和猪粪为生物质炭制备原料,系统地探究了生物质炭的裂解温度(300、400、500、600 ℃和 700 ℃)和溶液阳离子类型(Na+和Ca2+)对生物质炭去除水中ARGs的影响,并分析了影响ARGs去除的主要因子。结果表明:制备原料、裂解温度和离子条件均是影响生物质炭去除 ARGs的重要因素。从原料看,小麦秸秆炭对 ARGs的去除效率最高,可达 58.3%;从裂解温度看,高温裂解炭对ARGs的去除效率较高。Na+体系下 300 ℃制备生物质炭对 ARGs的去除效率为 14.7%~29.0%,而 700 ℃制备生物质炭对 ARGs的去除效率可达44.9%~55.0%。相同离子强度(1 mmol·L-1)下,Na+体系下同种生物质炭对ARGs的去除效率高于Ca2+体系(700 ℃制备小麦秸秆炭除外)。在考虑制备原料的前提下,裂解温度和生物质炭表面Zeta电位是影响小麦秸秆炭去除ARGs的重要因子,裂解温度和生物质炭比表面积是影响芦苇秸秆炭去除ARGs的重要因素;裂解温度和生物质炭pH、H/C、O/C和(O+N)/C是影响猪粪炭去除ARGs的重要因素。在不考虑制备原料前提下,生物质炭对水中ARGs的去除主要受到其理化性质H/C、(O+N)/C和O/C综合作用的影响,生物质炭表面炭芳香性和疏水性是决定其吸附去除水体中ARGs的主要因子。 |

In order to investigate the removal efficiency of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in water by biochar and its influencing factors, this study selected ordinary agricultural wastes of wheat straw, reed straw, and pig manure, as biomass sources. The effects of pyrolysis temperature(300, 400, 500, 600 ℃, and 700 ℃)and solution cation types(Na+ and Ca2+)on the removal of ARGs were systematically investigated, and the main property factors that affect the removal of ARGs were also analyzed. The results showed that the raw material, pyrolysis temperature and cation type were all important factors affecting the removal of ARGs by biochar. Regarding raw materials, the removal efficiency of ARGs by wheat straw biochar was the highest, which was 58.3%. Moreover, the removal efficiency of ARGs by biochar with higher temperatures was higher according to the preparation temperature. For example, the removal efficiency of ARGs by biochar pyrolyzed at 300 ℃ was 14.7%-29.0%, while it reached 44.9%-55.0% by biochar pyrolyzed at 700 ℃ in Na+ system. At the same ionic strength(1 mmol·L-1), the removal efficiency of ARGs by the same type of biochar in the Na+ system was higher than that in the Ca2+ system(except wheat straw biochar pyrolyzed at 700 ℃). Considering the source of biomass, pyrolysis temperature and surface Zeta potential were important factors affecting ARGs removal from wheat straw biochar, while pyrolysis temperature and specific surface area were important factors affecting ARGs removal from reed straw biochar; pyrolysis temperature, pH, H /C, O /C and(O + N)/C were important factors affecting the removal of ARGs from pig manure biochar. However, the removal of ARGs by biochar was significantly affected by the comprehensive effect of H/C,(O+N)/C, and O/C when independent of biomass source. This indicates that the aromaticity and hydrophobicity of biochar are the main property factors determining its adsorption and removal of ARGs in water. |
