基于对国内乡村人居环境发展的现状调研,结合我国华北、东北地区乡村在人居环境和资源清洁利用方面存在的主要问题,汇总了乡村有机废弃物资源化利用技术、生物质燃料利用技术和有机废弃物建筑原料化利用技术的发展现状,从废弃物类型、工艺路径、技术指标、技术优缺点以及地区适应性、量化指标等方面,对这三项村镇资源清洁利用技术的发展进行对比分析,提供了可持续研究的方向。从华北、东北村镇废弃物资源化、能源化利用的角度,提出了具体可行的综合型资源清洁利用技术方案,即整合多元有机废弃物发酵利用技术、生物质混合物料低氮燃烧供暖技术、主被动结合的村镇建筑构造技术和人居环境信息化技术,为华北、东北村镇人居环境改善补充技术方案,推进村镇人居环境基础设施建设,为实现农村人居环境改善与乡村振兴的相向而行奠定基础。 |

This paper was written based on an investigation of the statuses of rural living environments in China. By combining the main problems in rural living environments and the clean utilization of resources in China, this paper reviews and comparatively analyzes the development statuses of the clean utilization of three rural resource technologies, namely the resource utilization of rural organic waste, biomass fuel, and construction raw materials derived from organic waste. The feasibility was analyzed by considering the waste types, process paths, technical indicators, technical advantages and disadvantages, regional adaptability, and quantitative indicators. Thus, the direction of sustainable research is revealed. Furthermore, this paper proposes a specific and comprehensive technical scheme for clean resource utilization in terms of waste recycling and energy utilization in villages and towns in north and northeast China. This scheme integrates the technological utilization of multiple organic wastes fermentation, low-nitrogen combustion technology of biomass mixed materials, construction technology of active and passive village buildings, and informatization of rural living environments. It can supplement the technical scheme for improving rural living environments in north and northeast China, thereby accelerating the construction of infrastructure for such environments and laying the foundation for the synergy of living environment improvement and rural revitalization. |
