Abstract:
In order to clarify the pollution status and accumulation of antibiotics in the soil of typical vegetable plots in Hebei Province, a total of 61 greenhouse soils from Gaocheng, Chongli, and Wuyi, which had been continuously cultivated for 1 to 20 years, were selected to detect the characteristics of antibiotic residues. The results showed that antibiotics were detected in all three places, and the highest residues were found in the soil of Gaocheng due to the long-term application of organic fertilizer. The total residues of antibiotics ranged from 3.97 μg·kg-1 to 342 μg·kg-1, and 90.2% of the soil samples contained no more than 100 μg·kg-1. The residues of 24 antibiotics were different in different regions. The highest residues in Gaocheng, Chongli and Wuyi were oxytetracycline(26.7 μg·kg-1), norfloxacin(5.09 μg·kg-1)and doxycycline(9.92 μg·kg-1), respectively. With the increase of cultivating years, antibiotic residues increased significantly only in Gaocheng, and long-term planting and fertilization behavior would lead to an increase in the abundance of Firmicutes, Actinobacteriota and Proteobacteria.
