| 为解决低水温条件下的水产养殖尾水高效脱氮除磷问题,本研究开展了嗜冷反硝化聚磷菌株的筛选及其在鳗鲡养殖尾水中的应用。通过平板培养和16S rDNA序列分析从鳗鲡养殖池底泥中筛选出一株具有嗜冷反硝化聚磷功能的琼氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter junii)PL-1菌株,其是一种γ溶血菌株,对大多数抗生素敏感。采用单因素多水平试验对菌株去除总磷和硝酸盐氮的特性进行研究,结果表明:在以乙酸钠为碳源、水温为15.9℃、pH为6.52、接种量为1.64%、C/N为5.19、振荡速度为100 r·min-1的条件下氮、磷处理效果最佳,总磷和硝酸盐氮去除率分别为86.07%和50.66%;在美洲鳗鲡养殖尾水处理的应用中,在平均水温10℃、水力停留时间2.1 d的条件下PL-1菌株的总磷和硝酸盐氮去除率分别为76.12%和46.50%。研究表明,该菌株有良好的嗜冷反硝化降磷能力,具有较高的应用价值和良好的市场应用前景。 |

| To address the challenge of efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal from culture tail water at low temperatures, we screened psychrotrophic denitrifying polyphosphate-accumulating strains and investigated their application in eel culture tail water. A strain of Acinetobacter junii PL-1, a gamma-hemolytic strain sensitive to most antibiotics, was screened from the substrate of eel ponds by plate culture and 16S rDNA sequence analysis for its function of cold denitrification and polyphosphate removal. A one-way multilevel test was used to investigate the total phosphorus and nitrate nitrogen removal characteristics of the strain. And it was found that:the best nitrogen and phosphorus treatment effect was achieved under the conditions of sodium acetate as the carbon source, water temperature of 15.9 ℃, pH 6.52, with an inoculation of 1.64%, a C/N ratio of 5.19, and oscillation speed of 100 r·min-1. The removal rates of total phosphorus and nitrate nitrogen reached 86.07% and 50.66%, respectively. In the treatment of eel culture tail water, at an average water temperature of 10 ℃ and an hydraulic retention time of 2.1 days, the PL-1 strain achieved removal rates of 76.12% for total phosphorus and 46.50% for nitrate nitrogen. The results demonstrate that the strain possesses effective psychrotrophic denitrification and phosphorus removal capabilities, offering high application value and promising market prospects. |
