      为了探究肥料施用对土壤跳虫功能性状和肠道细菌共现网络及构建机制的影响,本研究选取华北农田土壤跳虫优势种黑长角䖴(Entomobrya proxima Folsom)作为研究对象,通过饮食暴露模拟肥料施用情景,利用显微镜观察、qPCR技术和高通量测序技术探究肥料处理下黑长角䖴功能性状和肠道细菌群落的变化,结合多元统计方法分析肠道细菌群落共现网络模式及构建机制。结果表明,肥料处理影响黑长角䖴各功能性状和肠道细菌群落丰度。黑长角䖴肠道细菌群落通过提高网络复杂程度从而抵御有机肥的胁迫,而通过提高网络模块度以此降低无机肥对全局网络的扰动。黑长角䖴功能性状与其肠道细菌群落中的蛭弧菌门和黏菌门的相对丰度显著负相关。黑长角䖴肠道细菌群落构建均由随机性过程主导,肥料处理降低了异质选择作用的贡献,提高了漂变作用的重要性。无机肥处理显著影响黑长角䖴肠道细菌群落生态位宽度。研究表明,肥料处理整体上对黑长角䖴功能性状不利,改变其肠道细菌群落丰度、网络共现模式及构建机制,但有机肥施加的整体影响更小,在农业可持续发展的格局下有助于农业可持续性和生物多样性保护。

      In order to investigate the effects of fertilizer application on functional traits, gut bacterial co-occurrence network, and assembly mechanism in collembolan. Entomobrya proxima Folsom as an abundant soil-dwelling species in North China was selected in the study. Dietary exposure was employed to simulate scenarios of fertilizer application. Microscopic observation, qPCR, and high-throughput sequencing technology were utilized to assess changes in functional traits and gut microbiota of Entomobrya proxima under fertilizer application. By integrating multivariate statistical methods, the co-occurrence patterns and community assembly mechanism of gut bacteria were analyzed. The results showed that fertilizer application significantly influenced functional traits and gut bacterial abundance in Entomobrya proxima. The gut bacterial community could resist the stress of organic fertilizer by increasing the complexity of network, and reduce the disturbance of inorganic fertilizer to the whole network by increasing the modularity. There was a significant negative correlation between the functional traits of Entomobrya proxima and the relative abundance changes of Bdellovibrionota and Myxococcota in their gutbacterial community. Random processes played a predominant role in shaping gut bacterial community in Entomobrya proxima. The application of fertilizer resulted in a reduction of heterogeneous selection ' s role, increased the importance of drift. The niche width of the gut bacterial community associated with Entomobrya proxima was significantly affected by inorganic fertilizer. Overall, fertilizer application had adverse effects on the functional traits in Entomobrya proxima, altered gut bacterial abundance, co-occurrence network patterns and community assembly mechanism. In comparison to inorganic fertilizer, organic fertilizer exerted less impact on the Entomobrya proxima. This suggests that organic fertilizer is more conducive to agricultural sustainability and biodiversity conservation.
