为了探究土壤容重(BD)和有机质(SOM)含量变化对土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)还原转化的影响,通过室内实验模拟Cr(Ⅵ)在不同BD和SOM含量下的转化特征,从动态角度探讨BD和SOM含量变化对土壤Cr(Ⅵ)还原转化的影响。结果表明:BD和SOM含量变化会显著影响Cr(Ⅵ)的还原转化(P<0.05)。与BD为1.00 g·cm-3时相比,随着BD从1.15 g·cm-3增大到1.45 g·cm-3,Cr(Ⅵ)还原转化量增加了8.09%~129.27%;与SOM含量为1.13 g·kg-1时相比,随着SOM含量从5.25 g·kg-1升高到10.75 g·kg-1,Cr(Ⅵ)还原转化量增加了21.69%~98.15%。在BD为1.45 g·cm-3、SOM含量为5.25 g·kg-1时,土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)还原转化量最大,转化率达42.6%。在低SOM含量(1.13 g·kg-1)下,提高BD和SOM含量,可以显著增加土壤Cr(Ⅵ)的还原转化量;在高SOM含量(5.25 g·kg-1)下,提高BD可以显著增加土壤Cr(Ⅵ)的还原转化量,但提高SOM含量对土壤Cr(Ⅵ)还原转化量的影响却存在不确定性。研究表明,对于低SOM土壤,可以通过提高BD和SOM含量来促进土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)的还原转化,而对于高SOM土壤,适当增加BD有利于提高土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)的还原转化。 |

In order to study the effect of soil bulk density(BD)and organic matter content(SOM)on Cr(Ⅵ)reduction and transformation in soil. In this study, laboratory experiments were conducted to simulate the transformation characteristics of Cr(Ⅵ)under different BD and SOM content. The results indicated that:The changes of BD and SOM content significantly affected the reduction and conversion of soil Cr(Ⅵ)(P<0.05). Compared to the BD was 1.00 g·cm-3, the reduction and conversion amount of Cr(Ⅵ)increased by 8.09%-129.27% with BD increasing from 1.15 g·cm-3 to 1.45 g·cm-3. While compared to the SOM content of 1.13 g·kg-1, the reduction and conversion amount of Cr(Ⅵ)increased by 21.69%-98.15% with SOM content increasing from 5.25 g·kg-1 to 10.75 g·kg-1. When the BD was 1.45 g· cm-3 and the SOM content was 5.25 g· kg-1, the reduction and conversion of Cr(Ⅵ)in the soil reached 42.6%. When the SOM content was low, for example, SOM was 1.13 g·kg-1, the reduction and conversion amount of soil Cr(Ⅵ)could be significantly increased by increasing BD and SOM content, while when the SOM content was high, for example, SOM was 5.25 g·kg-1, increasing BD could significantly increase the reduction and conversion amount of soil Cr(Ⅵ), but there was uncertainty after increasing SOM content. Therefore, it is suggested to increase the BD and SOM content to promote the reduction and transformation of Cr(Ⅵ)for soils with low organic matter, while for soils with high organic matter, increasing the BD properly is beneficial to increase the reduction and transformation of soil Cr(Ⅵ). |
