为有效控制羊肚菌镉(Cd)污染,本研究以六妹羊肚菌(Morchella sextelata)为实验材料,利用PDA平板培养和PDB液体培养等方法,探究硒(Se)、硅(Si)和锶(Sr)对 Cd胁迫下羊肚菌菌丝生长及 Cd富集的影响。结果表明,Cd胁迫下羊肚菌菌丝生长速度、菌丝形态、生物量均受到显著抑制,且丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高,证实Cd胁迫对羊肚菌菌丝造成了损伤作用。相较于单独Cd处理,不同浓度Se+Cd处理后,菌丝生物量提升了25.79%~35.71%,MDA含量降低了48.10%~219.68%;不同浓度Si+Cd处理后,菌丝生物量提升了25.79%~30.55%,MDA含量降低了65.08%~102.85%;不同浓度Sr+Cd处理后,菌落茂密程度与半径均增长且边缘变得整齐,菌丝生物量增加了3.57%~23.01%,MDA含量降低了13.03%~42.8%,对Cd吸收富集量降低了26.29%~32.15%。本研究表明Se、Si和Sr等有益元素对Cd胁迫下羊肚菌菌丝体的生长均有一定的改善作用,且添加Sr能够显著降低羊肚菌对Cd的富集吸收。本研究为羊肚菌Cd污染的有效控制提供了新的思路和技术手段。 |

Soil cadmium(Cd)poses a potential threat to the production and product quality of morel, and how to effectively control Cd level is an urgent problem in morel industry. In this study, the mycelium of Morchella sextelata was selected as the experimental material. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of selenium(Se), silicon(Si)and strontium(Sr)on the growth and Cd enrichment of Morchella sextelata mycelium under Cd stress in PDA plate culture and PDB liquid culture. The results showed that the growth rate, mycelial morphology and biomass of the mycelium were significantly inhibited, and the malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were significantly increased after Cd treatment, indicating that Cd stress resulted in the damage effects on the mycelium of Morchella sextelata. Compared with individual Cd treatment, different concentrations of Se + Cd treatment increased the mycelial biomass by 25.79% - 35.71% and decreased MDA content by 48.10%-219.68%; different concentrations of Si + Cd increased mycelial biomass by 25.79%-30.55% and decreased MDA levels by 65.08%-102.85%; different concentrations of Sr + Cd made the colony densities and radii being increased and the edges being neat. Meanwhile, the mycelial biomass were increased by 3.57%-23.01%, the MDA content was decreased by 13.03%-42.8%, and the Cd uptake was decreased by 26.29%-32.15%. The present study showed that the addition of Se, Si and Sr could improve the growth of Morchella sextelata mycelium under Cd stress. Notably, the addition of Sr significantly reduced Cd uptake and enrichment in Morchella sextelata. This study provides new ideas and technical approach for the effective control of Cd in Morchella sextelata. |
