      为提升稻田沼液施用条件下水稻秧苗生长的安全性,设置5个不同浓度沼液处理,对秧苗生长指标和土壤理化性状进行分析研究。结果表明,过量沼液施用增加了土壤溶液中NH4+-N浓度和EC值,导致秧苗生长受到抑制,鲜质量和株高降低,根系黄化率升高。土壤溶液NH4+-N浓度和EC值与秧苗鲜质量极显著负相关(P<0.01)。土壤溶液中NH4+-N浓度在沼液低量施用后较为稳定,超量施用后较为敏感,可作为指示指标。土壤中NH4+-N浓度是限制秧苗生长的关键因子,秧苗对土壤溶液中NH4+-N耐受的最大安全阈值为90.8 mg·L-1,对沼液-水混合液中NH4+-N的最大安全消纳阈值为314.0 mg·L-1

      To improve the safety of rice seedling growth under biogas slurry(BS)application in paddy fields, five different concentrations of BS treatments were set up to analyze and study the growth indicators of the seedlings and the physical and chemical properties of the soil. The results showed that excessive application of BS increased the NH4+-N concentration and electrical conductivity(EC)value of the soil solution, thereby resulting in the suppression of seedling growth, a decrease in fresh weight and plant height, and an increase in the root yellowing rate. The NH4+-N concentration and EC value of the soil solution were negatively correlated with the fresh weight of the seedlings (P<0.01). The concentration of NH4+-N in the soil solution was relatively stable after low-volume application of BS and more sensitive after over-application, which can be used as an indicator. The concentration of NH4+-N in the soil was a key factor that restricts the growth of seedlings. The maximum safety threshold of seedlings' tolerance to NH4+-N in the soil solution was 90.8 mg·L-1, and the maximum safe absorption threshold of NH4+-N in the BS-water mixture was 314.0 mg·L-1.
