氧化铝是土壤中最丰富和最活泼的矿物质之一,能对土壤中铬元素的迁移和转化产生影响。而土壤Cr(Ⅵ)还原菌能将Cr(Ⅵ)还原成Cr(Ⅲ)。本研究探讨了Cr(Ⅵ)还原菌对铝氧化物吸附铬的影响。结果表明,在pH为4时,γ-氧化铝对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附能力明显强于α-氧化铝。α-氧化铝和γ-氧化铝与Cr(Ⅵ)还原菌株Microbacterium sp. QH-2混合培养后,二者的晶体结构并未受影响,但菌株QH-2的存在增加了α-氧化铝和γ-氧化铝对总铬的吸附量。 |

Alumina is one of the most abundant and active minerals in the soil, which can affect the migration and transformation of chromium(Cr) in the soil. The Cr(Ⅵ) reducing bacteria in the soil can reduce Cr(Ⅵ) to Cr(Ⅲ). This study discussed the effect of Cr(Ⅵ) reducing bacteria on the adsorption of Cr by aluminum oxide. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of γ-alumina for Cr(Ⅵ) was significantly stronger than that of α-alumina under a pH of 4. The crystal structure of α-alumina, γ-alumina, and Cr(Ⅵ) -reducing bacteria was not affected after mixing the culture with strain Microbacterium sp. QH-2. However, the presence of strain QH-2 increased the adsorption capacity of α-alumina and γ-alumina to Cr. |
