为研究植物抗氧化酶活性与重金属复合污染之间的关系,通过土培正交实验考察重金属Cd(0、10、20、30、40、50 mg·kg-1)、Zn(0、150、250、350、450、550 mg·kg-1)、Pb(0、100、300、500、700、900 mg·kg-1) 复合污染在不同胁迫时间(14、21、28、35 d) 对黑麦草过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD) 和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 活性的影响。结果表明,Cd对CAT和POD起激活作用,对SOD起抑制作用;Zn和Pb对CAT和POD起抑制作用,对SOD起激活作用。在重金属复合污染胁迫下,POD和SOD活性随着培养时间的延长而显著增加,在28 d和35 d时达到最大,分别为对照的260%和637.4%。考虑交互作用,SOD活性对Cd×Zn、Cd×Pb、Zn×Pb有显著响应(P<0.05)。3种抗氧化酶中,SOD活性对重金属污染反应最敏感,可以作为表征重金属污染的指示指标。 |

To study the relationship between plant antioxidant enzyme activity and combination heavy metal pollution, the effects of combination pollution by heavy metals Cd(0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 mg·kg-1), Zn(0, 150, 250, 350, 450, 550 mg·kg-1), and Pb(0, 100, 300, 500, 700, 900 mg·kg-1) on the activity of the enzymes catalase(CAT), peroxidase(POD), and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were investigated for different periods of stress(14, 21, 28, 35 d), based on orthogonal and interactive soil culture experiments. The results showed that CAT and POD were activated by Cd, whereas SOD was inhibited. CAT and POD were inhibited by Zn and Pb, whereas SOD was activated. Under the contamination stress of a combination of heavy metals, POD and SOD activities significantly increased with incubation time. In addition, at 28 and 35 d, POD and SOD activities were respectively 260% and 637.4% of those of the control. SOD activity significantly responded to the interactive effects of Cd×Zn, Cd×Pb, and Zn×Pb(P<0.05) and insignificantly responded to CAT and POD activities. The response of SOD activity was more sensitive than that of the other two antioxidant enzymes. Therefore, SOD activity can be used as an indicative index in the evaluation of the heavy metal contamination of soil. |
