作为水质基准体系中重要的指示生物类别,淡水软体动物是水质基准受试生物的重要组成部分。参照美国水生生物基准技术指南,从ECOTOX数据库及各类公开发表的文献中搜集、筛选了12种代表性本土淡水软体动物的生物毒性数据,通过毒性数据分析,获得对各淡水软体动物毒性最大的污染物,主要包括农药、重金属和常规污染物三大类物质;采用物种敏感度分布法对这12种软体动物的物种毒性数据进行敏感性分析,若物种的累积概率小于30%则为较敏感,该物种可作为基准研究受试生物。结果表明,放逸短沟蜷(Semisulcospira libertine)对地乐酚的累积概率为21%,静水椎实螺(Lymnaea stagnalis)对氨的累积概率为8%,河蚬(Corbicula manilensis)对亚硝酸钠的累积概率为3%。上述3种软体动物分别对农药(地乐酚)、常规污染物(氨和亚硝酸钠)为敏感物种,可以作为相应污染物水质基准研究的受试物种。 |

A series of systematic studies on water quality criteria(WQC) has recently been conducted in China. Screening of test organisms is an important part for developing WQC. Molluscs are major components of test organisms for establishing aquatic life criteria. According to the WQC derivation guidelines of the US EPA, toxicity data of twelve typical native freshwater molluscs were collected and screened from the ECOTOX database and other published literatures. Three types of pollutants that are most toxic to molluscs were pesticides, heavy metals and conventional pollutants. The species sensitivity distribution(SSD) of molluscs indicated that the cumulative probability of Semisulcospira libertine to dinoseb was 21%, Lymnaea stagnalis to ammonia 8% and Corbicula manilensis to sodium nitrite 3%. These three molluscs were also sensitive to pesticide(dinoseb) and to conventional pollutants(ammonia and sodium nitrite). Thus they could be regarded as test organisms for the aquatic life criteria. |
