以预处理后的稻草基质为试验原料,研究了两个平行电极板形成的外加电场的电场强度以及外加电场协同作用下4种添加剂Tween-80、PEG 6000、BSA和[BMIM]Cl对木质纤维素基质酶解糖化性能的影响,以探讨提高木质纤维素基质酶解糖化效率的新方法。试验结果发现:电场强度为12 V·m-1时获得最佳的基质糖化效率,比对照组提高了26.6%;在12 V·m-1的外加电场协同作用下,Tween-80、PEG 6000、BSA的添加量分别为200 μL·g-1基质和40、20 mg·g-1基质时获得最高的酶解糖化效率;试验条件下离子液体[BMIM]Cl对纤维素酶解糖化产生一定的抑制作用,随着添加量增加,糖化效率逐渐降低。分析表明在外加平行电场协同作用下添加适量的Tween-80、PEG 6000、BSA有助于提高纤维素酶解糖化效率,其中BSA对纤维素酶解糖化效率的影响最大。 |

Conversion efficiency of lignocelluloses to ethanol is influenced by many factors. In this work, enzymatic saccharification of pretreated rice straw was explored in four additives(Tween-80, PEG 6000, BSA and [BMIM]Cl) with and without different electric field strengths from two parallel electrodes. Saccharification efficiency was 26.6% greater at 12 V·m-1 of electric field strength than the control. At this electric field strength, applying Tween-80 at 200 μL·g-1, PEG 6000 at 40 mg·g-1 and BSA at 20 mg·g-1 further enhanced saccharification efficiency. However, ionic liquid [BMIM]Cl had inhibition to enzymatic saccharification of rice straw. The experimental results indicate that proper additives such as Tween-80, PEG 6000 and BSA could effectively improve efficiency of enzymatic saccharification of lignocellulose with parallel electric field, with BSA showing the greatest efficiency of lignocellulosic saccharification. |
