| 农村固体废弃物污染问题严重制约着我国美丽乡村的建设与农业的可持续发展，资源化是农村固体废弃物处理处置的必然趋势。本文在明确农村固体废弃物含义及资源化意义的基础上，系统梳理了我国农村固体废弃物的种类、特点和现状，对还田改土、厌氧消化、好氧堆肥、焚烧发电的优势及应用现状进行了总结，分析了目前农村固体废弃物资源化面临的技术难题、政策问题及挑战，并提出了农村固体废弃物资源化工作开展的相关建议。 |

| The pollution from rural solid wastes seriously restricts the construction of beautiful countrysides and the sustainable development of agriculture in China. Waste resource utilization is the inevitable trend of solid waste treatment and disposal in rural areas. On the basis of defining rural solid waste and discussing the significance of reusing it, this paper systematically sorted out the types, characteristics, and present situation of rural solid waste in China, and summarized the advantages and application status of returning straw to soil, anaerobic digestion, aerobic composting, and refuse incinerating power generation, while also analyzing the technical problems and policy issues as well as the current challenges faced by the utilization of rural solid waste resources. Relevant suggestions on the development of rural solid waste recycling were proposed at the end of this article. |
