      本研究以天津市某猪场为例,连续4年开展猪粪中7种主要重金属的定位监测,分析猪粪中重金属元素含量及其季节性和周年性变化规律。结果表明:猪粪中重金属种类以锌、铜、铬为主平均含量分别为1192.371 ± 153.33 mg/kg、188.67 ± 40.53 mg/kg和83.76 ± 58.79 mg/kg,Pb、Cd、As和Hg含量相对较低,平均含量分别为4.51 ± 2.57mg/kg、0.98 ± 0.75mg/kg、0.22 ± 0.04 mg/kg和0.021± 0.004 mg/kg;猪粪中主要重金属含量在不同年份、不同季节均表现出一定的差异性,Zn含量的年度差异在在秋季最小、冬季最大;Cu含量在春季最小、夏季最大;Cr含量在秋季最小、夏季最大;Pb含量在冬季最小、夏季最大;Cd含量在夏季最小、秋季最大;不同季节As和Hg含量的年度差异均表现明显,而在冬季差异性最大。研究表明,猪粪中重金属含量受不同季节、不同生长阶段饲料配比以及防病抗病等因素的影响。

      In this study, a swine farm in Tianjin was taken as an example to carry out the location monitoring of seven major heavy metals in manure for four years, and the heavy metals contents and seasonal and annual changes was analyzed. The results showed that zinc, copper and chromium were the main heavy metals in swine manure, and the average contents were 1192.371 ± 153.33 mg/kg, 188.67 ± 40.53 mg/kg and 83.76 ± 58.79 mg/kg, respectively. The contents of Pb, Cd, As and Hg were lower, with the average contents of 4.51 ± 2.57 mg /kg, 0.98 ± 0.75 mg/kg, 0.22 ± 0.04 mg/kg and 0.021 ± 0.004 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that the contents of main heavy metals in swine manure were different in years and seasons, which was related to the growth stage and different feed proportions of pigs. For Zn, Cr, Pb and Cd, the differences of years were lesser than seasons. For Cu, the annual and seasonal differences were obvious. For As and Hg, there was a great annual difference. The results showed that the contents of heavy metals in swine manure were affected by seasons, feed ratio at different growth stage, and prevention and resistance measures of disease.
