| 摘要：农业生态环境对促进社会和经济可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。本文分析当前我国农业生态环境领域存在的局部污染形势严峻、生态资源利用率较低、环境污染的治理向纵深发展、生态环境功能开发严重滞后以及生态环境保护的科技支撑力不足等五个方面的主要问题，总结了农业面源和重金属污染综合防控与修复技术研发重点专项科技创新的重要进展，并梳理了应对未来科技创新发展需求，从污染防治、绿色生产、生态保育等方面，提出了科技创新领域重点方向建议，以期为我国近期农业生态环境领域科技创新工作提供参考。 |

| Abstract: Agro-ecological environment has an important realistic meaning to promote the development of society and economy. This paper focuses on the major problem of the Agro-ecological environment in China from the five aspects, such as the severe pollution situation of in the region, the low use efficiency of ecological resources, deepening development of remediation for environmental pollution, serious lag of development of eco-environmental function, and insufficient scientific support for eco-environmental protection. The important progresses of science and technology of the program for research and development on comprehensive prevention and control techniques for agricultural non-point source and heavy metal polluted farmland were summarized, and then analysis the demand and response of technological innovation in the future. The suggestion of technological innovation was put forward from pollution prevention and control, green production, and ecological conservation and so on. This paper provides reference for scientific and technological innovation activities in the agro-ecological environment recently in China. |
