      为科学划分山地丘陵区土地综合整治类型区,实现分区域、差别化推进土地综合整治,以重庆市江津区为研究区,构建“生产-生活-生态(三生)”功能评价指标体系,采用“三生”功能综合指数测算与“三生”功能耦合协调度模型相结合的方法,开展土地综合整治分区,探究研究区土地综合整治差别化策略。结果表明:研究区“三生”功能综合指数空间差异性特征显著,总体呈北高南低的带状分布趋势,高-高型、低-低型、随机型占比分别为34.53%、38.32%、26.01%。“三生”功能耦合协调度均值为0.55,表明研究区土地利用呈现总体协调状态,其中协调区域占研究区总面积的56.29%,失调区域占43.71%。基于研究区“三生”功能综合指数及其耦合协调测度结果,将研究区土地综合整治类型划分为重点整治、选择整治、保护整治、不宜整治4种类型,分别占研究区总面积的39.84%、14.24%、22.68%、23.24%。在此基础上,结合地形差异化特征设计土地综合整治策略。“三生”功能综合指数与耦合协调度相结合的方法能够有效指导土地综合整治分区,以地形条件为出发点制定差别化整治策略能够明确山地丘陵区土地整治目标与方向。

      This study adopted a scientific method to perform land comprehensive consolidation zoning based on the particularity of mountainous and hilly regions and promote land comprehensive consolidation via differentiation. In this study, the Jiangjin District of Chongqing City was used as the research area, and the built index system of the comprehensive evaluation of“production-livingecological”functional index was used. The comprehensive evaluation of“production-living-ecological”functional index and the model of coupling coordination degree were used to build a matrix of land comprehensive consolidation zoning. Thereafter, the differentiated land comprehensive consolidation strategies, combined with terrain conditions, were presented according to the zoning results. The results showed that the space difference characteristic of the comprehensive index of“production-living-ecological”function were obvious, presenting a zonal distribution that is high in the north but low in the south. The high–high, low–low, and random type distribution accounted for 34.53%,38.32%,and 26.01%,respectively. The average value of coupling coordination degree of“production-livingecological”function was 0.55,indicating the overall coordination of land use. The coordinated areas accounted for 56.29%. The dysregulated areas accounted for 43.71%. The land in the study area was divided into four types,which included land of key-consolidation type,select-consolidation type,protected-consolidation type,and unsuitable-consolidation type,which accounted for 39.84%,14.24%, 22.68%,and 23.24%,respectively. The land comprehensive consolidation strategies based on topographic differentiation features and according to the zoning results were presented. This study combined comprehensive index of“production-living-ecological”function coordination with coupling coordination degree,and it can be used to guide land comprehensive consolidation zoning. In addition,the differentiated land comprehensive consolidation strategies can clarify the objectives and direction of land comprehensive consolidation for mountainous and hilly regions.
