      掌握苏北地区耕地质量指数的空间集聚性和异质性特征,可为苏北地区耕地质量保护分区与制定差异化保护政策提供科学依据。本研究以苏北地区2020年度耕地质量三类等别指数作为空间变量,探讨苏北地区市县尺度下耕地质量空间布局及趋势分布,同时采用局部空间自相关(LISA)定量描绘苏北地区各市县耕地质量分异规律,制定符合实际的分区保护模式。结果表明,苏北地区耕地自然等别较为集中,自然等别在5~7等之间,以6等地为主。自然等指数在东西方向呈现倒“U”形的变化趋势,利用等指数呈现由北向南逐级递减趋势,经济等指数在东西方向上呈现先逐渐上升后逐渐下降的趋势,南北方向上无明显变化规律。从苏北地区全局Moran's I值来看,国家自然等、国家利用等、国家经济等的Moran's I值分别为0.357、0.389、0.349,即国家利用等>国家自然等>国家经济等,表明苏北地区耕地质量在市县尺度呈现较强的聚集趋势。苏北地区耕地质量指数LISA分析中正相关类型高于负相关类型,且正相关类型聚合性较强,负相关类型呈零散分布。高-高型通过组团状集聚分布,低-低型主要以片状、条带状形式分布,低-高和高-低型零星分布。本研究根据LISA多维度集聚类型组合特征,对苏北地区进行耕地保护分区,具体划分为核心保护区、质量提升区、综合改良区、结构调整区4类保护分区,并提出对应的分区保护措施。

      In this study, we explored the spatio-structural characteristics and agglomerate regulation of cultivated land quality considering the cultivated land quality index of 2020 in Jiangsu Province. The aim of the study was to quantify the spatial agglomeration and heterogenous characteristics of the cultivated land quality index in northern Jiangsu, provide a scientific basis for the management of cultivated land quality protection zones in northern Jiangsu, and formulate differentiated protection policies. Using the three-category index of cultivated land quality in northern Jiangsu from 2020 as the spatial variable, the spatial distribution and trend distribution of cultivated land quality at the city and county scale in northern Jiangsu were discussed. According to the spacial differentiation, a partition protection mode that conforms to the actual situation must be formulated. The natural grade of the cultivated land in northern Jiangsu is relatively concentrated, between grades 5 and 7, mainly grade 6, with a less distribution of low-grade land. The natural grade index showed an inverted U-shaped trend in the east-west direction. The utilizable grade index presented a decreasing trend from north to south. In the east-west direction, the economic grade index gradually increased first and then gradually decreased. There was no clear trend of change in the north-south direction. The Moran's I values of GJZRD(National Natural grade), GJLYD(National Utilizable grade), and GJJJD (National Economic grade)were 0.357, 0.389, and 0.349, respectively, where GJLYD>GJZRD>GJJJD, indicating that the quality of cultivated land in northern Jiangsu has a strong clustering trend at the city(county)scale. In the LISA analysis of the cultivated land quality index in northern Jiangsu, the positive correlation types were higher than the negative correlation types, and the positive correlation types had strong aggregation characteristics, while the negative correlation types showed a scattered distribution. The HH type is distributed in clusters, the LL type is mainly distributed in sheets and strips, and the LH and HL types are distributed sporadically. In this study, according to the LISA multi-dimensional agglomeration type combination characteristics, cultivated land protection zones in northern Jiangsu are divided into four protection zones:core protection zone, quality improvement zone, comprehensive improvement area, and structural adjustment area. In this study, corresponding zone protection measures are proposed.
