      为解决我国水稻作物化肥减施增效技术评价指标体系建立滞后的问题,在深刻理解水稻作物化肥减施增效技术应用终极目标,遵循科学性与实用性、完整性与简明性、系统性与层次性、动态性与稳定性、可行性与可比性和现实性与导向性原则之上,采用文献综述与专家咨询方法构建针对水稻作物评价指标体系,并运用专家组合多重相关法进行主观赋权研究。系统构建了水稻作物化肥减施增效技术综合评价指标体系,其中包括5个一级指标、17个二级指标和43个三级指标,并基于专家组合的多重相关主观赋权方法分别对3个层次指标进行赋权,确立了每个指标的主观权重。本指标体系的构建可以推动水稻作物化肥减施增效技术的研发更具目标性和指向性;基于专家组合多重相关法的应用集中了专家的整体意见,克服了传统主观赋权法存在个别专家差异性引起偏差的弊端,可为科学开展各作物化肥减施增效技术综合评价提供借鉴参考。
英文摘要:
      The objective of the present study was to solve the lag problem in establishing evaluation index system on technologies to reduce chemical fertilizer application and improve efficiency in rice production in our country. Based on the profound understanding of the final goals of chemical fertilizer application reduction and efficiency improvement technologies, an evaluation index system was built by reviewing literatures and expert consultation methods after following the relevant principles of scientificalness and practicality, completeness and simplicity, systematicness and hierarchy and etc. The study systematically established the evaluation index system including 5 primary indicators, 17 secondary indicators and 43 tertiary indicators. Each indicator of the evaluation index system was given a weight by the combination multiple relevant subjective determining weights methods with relevant disciplines of specialists' opinions. This established index system could provide future research directions and aims for reduction of chemical fertilizer use and benefit improvement technologies. Besides, the application of the combination multiple relevant subjective determining weights methods concentrated the expert's overall opinions. This overcomed the discrepancy made by individual experts using traditional subjective empowerment method as well as would provide a reference for the scientific evaluation on chemical fertilizer use reduction and efficiency improvement technologies for other crops.
