      道路交通涵洞建设中的盾构法施工产生的渣土,存在盐碱化严重、密度大和结构性差等问题,大量渣土堆积对城市造成环境污染。为加快盾构渣土无害化和资源化处理利用,本文通过模拟试验方法,以钠基膨润土型、纯碱型和弱碱型等三种盾构渣土为对象,研究盐碱土不同修复材料对盾构渣土pH、电导率(EC)和全盐量等影响,分析其用作地形用土的可行性。结果表明:相较腐植酸、红石膏和木醋液处理,脱硫石膏是一种高效、环保和经济的去盐碱化材料。对于钠基膨润土型和弱碱型盾构渣土,脱硫石膏用量为渣土干质量0.5%时,盾构渣土pH可由9.87降低至8.0以下;对于纯碱型盾构渣土,脱硫石膏用量2.5%时,pH由10.61降至8.0以下,可满足《公园设计规范》(GB 51192-2016)和《园林绿地工程建设规范》(DB11/T 1175-2015)用土要求。施用脱硫石膏对盾构渣土去盐碱处理可用作地形用土。

      The shield muck generated and discharged during road traffic culvert construction has issues such severe salinization, high density and poor porosity etc.problems, and its big accumulation will pollute the city environment. This paper uses a simulation test method to investigate the effects of various saline and alkaline treatment materials on three types of shield slag soil in terms of pH, electrical conductivity, and total salt. The goal is to expedite the safe and creative treatment and utilization of shield slag soil. The research object is sodium bentonite-based, soda ash-based, and weakly alkaline shield slag soil. The results indicated that desulphurized gypsum is a kind of high effect, cost-economic, and environmental- friendly material compared with humic acid, red gypsum, and wood vinegar solution. For sodium base bentonite type and weak alkali type shield muck, when the amount of desulphurized gypsum is 0.5% of muck dry mass, the pH of shield muck can be reduced from 9.87 to below 8.0. For pure alkali shield muck, the amount of desulphurized gypsum is 2.5%,the pH is reduced from 10.61 to below 8.0, which are satisfied the requirements for soil use set forth in the "Specification for the Design of Parks" (GB 51192-2016) and the "Specification for the Construction of Garden Greenland Engineering" (DB11 /T 1175-2015). Topographic soil can be created by treating shield slag soil with saline after desulphurized gypsum has been applied. This work offers a guide for the efficient and safe use of shield residue soil as topographic soil.
