      与常规农业不同,有机农业生产中禁止使用化学合成氮肥,因而有机和常规农业生产模式下作物产品中15N丰度即δ15N存在差异,可以据此区分有机和常规农产品。选择北京郊区5个有机和1个常规蔬菜生产基地,对蔬菜及土壤取样,对其δ15N进行测定,分析有机和常规生产条件下蔬菜及土壤中δ15N的特征。结果表明,随着有机生产时间和有机肥N投入的增加,土壤全N和δ15N都呈现增加的趋势,且当季作物对于肥料的δ15N反映敏感。蔬菜δ15N与蔬菜全N、与土壤δ15N,土壤δ15N与土壤全N之间可以用直线回归方程拟合,且都达到极显著水平的相关程度。在北京地区,15N测试能够对番茄的化学氮肥使用进行准确判断,而对于芹菜没有准确判断出其生产过程使用了化学氮肥。对于北京地区有机蔬菜,95%概率条件下可以认为有机叶菜、根菜和果菜δ15N值应分别大于7.55‰、7.64‰和5.42‰。δ15N值可以作为蔬菜是否使用化学N肥的“有效工具”,但不能作为唯一手段,还应该结合蔬菜生产过程的档案信息、现场检查等其他措施,综合进行判定。
英文摘要:
      Organic vegetable production prohibits the use of synthetic nitrogen(N) fertilizer and this leads to the differences on δ15N for vegetable and soil from organic farm, which can be utilized as the approach to identify organic vegetable from conventional products. We selected 5 organic and 1 conventional vegetable bases from Beijing suburb and sampled their soil and vegetables for the analysis of δ15N. Research indicated that as organic operation period and organic fertilizers amount increased, total N and δ15N of soil had the tendency of increase and, vegetable reflected sensitively for the fertilizer applied of its δ15N. The relationship between vegetable δ15N and total N, vegetable δ15N and soil δ15N, soil δ15N and soil total N can be modeled by linear regression with significant level of correlation(P<0.01). Adoption of 15N can effectively reflect the using of synthetic nitrogen fertilizer for tomato production but not for celery, which obtained false negative result in Beijing. For organic vegetables in Beijing, δ15N of leave, root and fruit vegetables was higher than 7.55‰, 7.64‰ and 5.42‰ respectively at 95% probability level. δ15N value can be adopted as an effective tool but not as the sole tool for identifying if synthetic N was applied in vegetable production and farming record, on-site inspection and other measures should be also employed together.
