      利用土培试验,以14个杨树和柳树(Populus,Salix babylonica)品种为材料,研究了Cd、Zn、Pb复合污染对不同杨树、柳树品种生物量、重金属含量和总吸收量、富集系数(BCF)和转运系数(TF)的影响。结果显示,杨树、柳树在叶、茎、根生物量、株高、重金属含量和总吸收量、BCF和TF上均存在显著的品种差异,随着土壤重金属含量的增加,杨树、柳树重金属含量和总吸收量显著增加,BCF显著降低,TF变化不明显。南林895(Populus× euramericana(Dode)cv. ‘Nanlin-895’)、61-1(Salix jiangsuensis CL. ‘61-1’)和795(Salix jiangsuensis CL. ‘795’)重金属含量较高,重金属含量最高的61-1叶片Cd和Zn的含量分别达到29.23、1410 mg·kg-1,但这些品种耐性较低,生物量较小。综合考虑生物量和重金属含量,61-1和南林95(Populus×euramericana(Dode)cv. ‘Nanlin-95’)重金属总吸收量较高,富集能力较强,富集能力最强的南林95叶片Cd和Zn的总吸收量分别达到205.62、5 897.94 μg·株-1。61-1和南林95是有潜力的修复材料。

      A soil culture experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of Cd, Zn and Pb combined pollution on biomass, heavy metal concentration and total uptake, bioaccumulation coefficient(BCF), transportation factor(TF) in 14 poplar and willow species. The results showed there were significant differences among the poplar and willow species in biomass of leaf, stem and root, stem height, heavy metal concentration and total uptake, BCF and TF. With an increase in heavy metal concentration in soil culture, heavy metal concentration and total uptake in poplar and willow species increased significantly, and BCF decreased obviously, whereas TF had almost no change. Heavy metal concentration in Populus× euramericana(Dode)cv. ‘Nanlin-895’(Nanlin 895), Salix jiangsuensis CL. ‘61-1’(61-1) and Salix jiangsuensis CL. ‘795’(795) were very high, the largest Cd and Zn concentration in leaves were detected in 61-1(29.23 mg Cd·kg-1 and 1410 mg Zn·kg-1), but these species showed low metal tolerance and biomass. When biomass and heavy metal concentration were considered together, the heavy metal total uptake of 61-1 and Populus× euramericana(Dode)cv. ‘Nanlin-95’(Nanlin 95) was larger in tested species, enrichment ability of heavy metal in them was stronger, and the largest Cd and Zn total uptake in leaves were detected in Nanlin 95(205.62 μg Cd·plant-1 and 5 897.94 μg Zn·plant-1). 61-1 and Nanlin 95 hold promise for phytoextraction.
